Condo Details:: The condo has ceramic tile floors, crown molding, a private front yard with brick paved patio and a patio set surrounded by a white picket fence. (No grill on patio) Well appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, ceramic top range, dishwasher, garbage disposal & full size refrigerator with ice maker. There is a blender, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot, & bake-ware. Dining area is bright with a separate granite & mirror dry bar. Bar has ice bucket & cocktail glasses. Cozy family room has a queen sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD, VCR, stereo/CD player, ceiling fan, family games, cards, movies, music Cd's, & books for your enjoyment. Bedroom is carpeted with a new queen size memory foam pillow top mattress, cable TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock, extra blankets, pillows, iron & ironing board. Charming sunroom is bright with large windows that look out to the patio. A full size futon & ceiling fan make the sunroom a great place to sleep, watch TV or read a good book
Boat Slip Rentals: We now have Boat Slip Rentals available. Please inquire about rentals rates if you would like to bring your boat. The Suncoast Trolley Stop is located steps from the condo & right next door to the resort. The trolley runs from Clearwater Beach to John's Pass and Pass-A-Grille Beach.
Beach Supplies, Movies & Games Included!!!: No need to bring beach supplies, the condo has four beach chairs, beach umbrella, a beach bag, beach mat, pool noodles, cooler, & beach towels. We have sand buckets with shovels and beach toys for the kids or adults to dig in the sand and collect those Florida Shells. We have also provided playing cards, poker chips, dominoes, checkers, chess & other family games. There are several books, music CDs and movies for your entertainment. The condo is located next to several restaurants and pubs. You can walk to the Salt Rock Grill Directly next door for a wonderful dinner on the water. Crabby Bill's, The Pub, The Wine Cellar, The Frog Pond and Lobster Pot are just down the road. Smugglers Cove Mini Golf, Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Tiki Gardens, Town Square Nature Park's with it's boardwalk, Estelle Harper Park's with it's playground, & the public Library are all just a very short walk from the condo. The famous John's Pass Village is just five miles south of the resort
