AVAILABLE FOR FULL WEEK RENTALS ONLY, the Outer Banks vacation rental house Sweet Virginia Breeze is located at 4116 North Virginia Dare Trail in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina at Mile Post 3 3/4. Almost oceanfront, experience beautiful views and soothing breezes at this spacious beach house. This cottage has all the comforts of home and offers a reverse floor plan that means the main living area is on the top floor along with the private HOT TUB. The bedding: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 3 double beds, 1 single bed, 2 double sleep sofas and 2 rollaways. Amenities provided include those listed below along with Free Long Distance, fish cleaning table and open decks as well as great beach access. NO PETS are permitted in this home. The turnover day for this home is Sunday. Weekly Linen rental available, price per week for the Bedding Package is $215.00, per week for the Bath Package is $130.00, and per week for the Full Linen Package is $330.00-not including tax.
