This house is just 2 lots from the beach with an excellent view and access. 1 level living is offered but the home is elevated. House is carpeted. Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom #2 has a Double bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 Single beds and a Trundle bed. This pet friendly home is located in a quiet part of the Outer Banks but is close to Coquina beach, Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, Pea Island Refuge and the Bodie Island Lighthouse. Amenities offered are listed below and this home also provides a garage to keep the salt off of your car. Direct, easy beach access and a great view! PETS ARE PERMITTED at this home. The turnover day for this home is Saturday. This home can be rented for FULL WEEK RENTALS ONLY between the dates of May 1 and October 1. Partial week rentals for a 3 or 4 night stay may be available but only prior to May 1 or after October 1 with the exception of holidays and are not taken in advance. Linen rental available, price per week for the Bedding Package is $105.00, per week for the Bath Package is $65.00, and per week for the Full Linen Package is $160.00-not including tax.
