Sea Dunes Townhomes is just across from 475 ft. of unobstructed, pristine beach that is life guarded. This complex provides their guests with use of the Community Pool (open from May 25 to September 21) along with use of the racquetball court, tennis court, whirlpool, universal weight equipment and the clubhouse which also offers WIFI and there is also WIFI in the unit. At the ground level entry of this unit there is a garage for you to keep the salt off of your car. From the garage you enter the mid level which hosts Bedroom #1 which has a Queen bed and private full bath and there is also a private balcony off of this room. Bedroom #2 has 2 Single beds and access to a private full bath. The top floor offers the living, dining and kitchen combination area. There is a Double Sleep Sofa in the living area. This unit has all of the amenities listed below as well as a High Chair & Crib and 2 bikes. There is a covered porch and an open sun deck with ocean views. Linen rental available, price per week for the Bedding Package is $85.00, per week for the Bath Package is $55.00, and per week for the Full Linen Package is $130.00-not including tax .
