Lovely, safe, upscale property. Of course, the best views are oceanfront, but the entire property is quiet, clean and well-positioned.

Pros:
Very nice accomodation. Two large BRs one with King the other with 2 doubles
Great applicance for cooking your meals
Incredible view of the bay and sunsets from balcony
Fantastic beach, great sand, large roped swimming areas, lots of palapas and lounge chairs
Very quiet

Cons:
The pros far outweigh the cons but there are a few inexpensive things the owner could do to make it more enjoyable.
There was no bedding for the pullout couch in the living room
The kitchen was set up with the bare essentials for cooking your own meals. For a few dollars they could have it far better stocked with things like cheeze grater, dish towels and clothes, dish washer soap, large cutting board, etc. The kind of things that someone staying a week doesn't want to have to go out and purchase.

General:
Do you shopping at the Mega Supermarket in Buccarias. It has everything.
Not a lot of restaurants in the areas to plan to walk long distances, rent a car, take taxis or cook your own meals.
No night life in the area so is ideal for a kick back and relax vacation.
Overall it was a very nice place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone. Keep in mind it is a condo complex so there are no shops/bars in the complex. There is a concierge desk that can help you with booking anything and getting transportation.
