The 'Hovey' is located right on the beach at 4911 N. Virginia Dare Trail in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina at Mile Post 2. Relax in the private HOT TUB located on the oceanfront deck at this Outer Banks PET FRIENDLY vacation rental cottage. This home has a reverse floor plan and the 2-story layout is convenient and maximizes the ocean and beach views. On the top-level oceanside you have the living room that leads out to the hot tub, the dining room and kitchen. All of these rooms offer a great ocean view. Also on the top floor is a full hall bath and Bedroom #1 which has a Queen bed. On the 1st level you have 2 full bathrooms (1 in the master bedroom and 1 in the hall) and a total of 3 bedrooms. Bedroom #2 is the Master has a Queen bed and is located on the oceanside of the house so you have a deck overlooking the beach with great views. Bedroom #3 also has a Queen bed and also an oceanfront deck and great ocean views. Bedroom #4 has 2 Single beds and is on the West side of the house. Along with the amenities listed below, this home also includes an enclosed outside shower, an open sun deck with excellent ocean views, a covered porch with porch furniture, and baby equipment (play pen, high chair, baby gates.) This home also offers free beach rental equipment (including kayaks, bikes, surf boards) and offers discounted Eco Tours for just $15.00 per person through Duck Village Outfitters. PETS ARE PERMITTED at this home. The turnover day for this home is Saturday.
