This pretty condo has great oceanviews from the living room and dining area. On the 17th floor, this is the 1st unit off the direct oceanfront. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 TV'S, 2 VCR's, DVD, phone, central a/c, and parking for 1 car. The building charges a non refundable $30 registration fee due on arrival. 1 extra parking spot(if available)for $55. Unit is non smoking, no pets please.
