See dolphins, herons, & panoramas of Folly River from the 4th floor. Near an elevator, our upgraded 6-yr-old flat has 3B/3BA; KQQ, cot, playpen/crib. Walk 10-12 minutes or drive the 0.6 miles to beachfront with parking, summer lifeguards, 1000-ft fishing pier, restaurants, playground, bathrooms, showers. Play tennis, golf at inexpensive public courses. A rainy day? Enjoy games, books, puzzles. Fish, shrimp, crab, or picnic at our deep water dock. Cool off at the ocean or in our pool. Eat, read, & snooze on our screened porch. Use a kitchen equipped for cooking. Walk to local restaurants. Infant/toddler equipment, toys. Folly, the closest beach to Charleston, is 15-20 mins. to the city’s restaurants, museums, an aquarium, and restored colonial houses. Lots of maps & info on birds, attractions, day trips, fishing regulations, & restaurants for you.

University hospital within 8 miles.

Charleston: over 300 years Old: Deservedly one of America’s most visited city, Colonial Charleston was long the most prosperous and cosmopolitan city in America. The first shot of the Civil War was fired here. A grand effort at preservation has awakened this heritage. The city’s world-class Spoleto Festival has inspired all the arts, so you can typically choose to attend several cultural events every week and visit galleries any day.

Condo was beautiful and very homey. Very relaxing screened in porch overlooking the Folly River with awesome views. We spent many hours just sitting on the porch.
