Conveniences inside condo: Wet bar. Spices, detergents, paper products and condiments are stocked on a basis of “use and replace if it runs out.” For children: sand toys, booster seat, playpen/crib, high chair, books. For adults, books from romances to history, to scholarly, plus games and puzzles.
Conveniences Outside Condo: Two dedicated, covered spaces to park. Within 2 miles: 2 supermarkets, seafood store, fast and gourmet food. Within 6 miles: drugstore, Wal-Mart, hardware, 4 supermarkets, Gold’s Gym, more fast and slow food. In season, walk .03 to public oyster & clam bed to gather (license required). University hospital within 8 miles.
Charleston: over 300 years Old: Deservedly one of America’s most visited city, Colonial Charleston was long the most prosperous and cosmopolitan city in America. The first shot of the Civil War was fired here. A grand effort at preservation has awakened this heritage. The city’s world-class Spoleto Festival has inspired all the arts, so you can typically choose to attend several cultural events every week and visit galleries any day.
Golf: Great and inexpensive public course nearby. Lots of private courses.
