2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Townhouse, Newly Remodeled and Fully Furnished, One Block to Ocean with Beach Access, King Bed in upstairs master bedroom, Queen Bed in downstairs guest bedroom, Living room, Dining area, Kitchen, Washer & Dryer, Single car garage, Cable TV in living room, DVD in living room. Free Wi-Fi internet access.

5 miles to old city of St. Augustine, 5 miles to Guana River State Park, 35 miles to Jacksonville, 1 hour to Jacksonville airport, 1 hour to Daytona Beach, 2 hours to Orlando. 25 minutes to World Golf Village and to TPC Sawgrass.

Absolutely no smoking and no pets. $130/night ($150/night on holidays weekends), 3 night minimum, $780/week, $1,875/month plus utilities for monthly or seasonal rental, plus $49 property damage protection fee and cleaning fee. 10% State and County Tax for short-term rentals. No security deposit is required.

About The Owner

I am a CPA working for Alyeska Pipeline Service Company in Alaska. My wife, Alice, is an artist painting Alaskan landscapes in water mixable oils and acrylic paints. We live in Palmer, Alaska, 40 miles from Anchorage. We vacation twice a year at our townhouse in Vilano Beach. My family lives in Jacksonville and my wife's family lives in Clearwater, Florida.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2001
Why The Owner chose Vilano Beach

We bought our vacation rental because of its proximity to our families in Jacksonville and Clearwater. We chose Vilano Beach because of its uncrowded beaches and limited development which reminds us of the beaches that we grew up with in the 1960's.

What makes this townhome unique

St. Augustine is my favorite Florida city and we enjoy riding our bicycles into the old city from our townhouse. The Guana River state preserve just north of our location ensures that there will be no more development along that stretch of AIA. We enjoy the sound of the ocean and the moon lit nights by the ocean. There are 3 excellent restaurants within walking distance that are beachfront and on the inter-coastal waterway that we enjoy.

Incredible rental!

Forgot to write a review for this incredible place! My fiancee and I went with another couple to a Florida and we chose this rental to stay and we wish we could have stayed longer. The townhouse was immaculate and even better than described. Comfortable beds, a relaxing fire at night and a beach only 1/4 mile away. I literally could go on and on about the place but I would run out of adjectives, close enough location to St. Augustine without having to deal with the tourism. Quiet neighborhood and with a supermarket close by we were able to eat and relax on the cheap. A must stay, we hope to make it a yearly visit! Robert was extremely responsive to all e-mails and I felt safe and secure during all our transactions.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay here as we explored historic St. Augustine. It was close to town but a very peaceful atmosphere, especially in the relaxing Zen garden in the back! The house was beautifully decorated, warm and comfy and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

We rented the house for a weekend getaway. It was pefect !. In a very quite neighborhood and walking and/or bicycling distance from the beach. Owner had new bikes that we could use. Was a quick 5 minute trip to St. Augustine. House was fully stocked and had everything we needed for a cooking, venturing to the beach and close enough we could come back during middle of day to cool off while exploring St. Augustine.

Great place! Convenient to all attractions!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property is within walking distance of beach access, although we drove. Parking area is provided at the beach access area. The property has a great outdoor area in the backyard, and the property is very well kept. It was spotless upon our arrival, and has everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property for a beach vacation and we would not hesitate to rent from this property owner again.
