St. Augustine Beach Vacation Rental condo

Historic downtown St. Augustine is only a short drive away. Jacksonville is only 41 miles to the North, and Orlando is 105 miles South. Our Condo is 1200 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with ceramic tile throughout. It had been an upgraded owner's unit which has recently been furnished as a resort rental. It is located on the top (third) floor, so it has the best views in the building. The southern exposure walls are glass and the West wall is mirrored to maximize ocean views from every angle in the Living Room! The elevator is just outside the entrance for easy access, and the association provides luggage racks and shopping carts for our guests to make loading and unloading a breeze. The balcony off the living room and master bedroom faces south and has a spectacular view of the ocean.
