It is also a corner unit, lending more privacy (only one common wall) and has additional west-facing windows in the living room and dining room, which make it much brighter than an interior unit. The elevator is just outside the entrance for easy access, and there is an additional patio area with partial views of the ocean. We have provided a patio set where you can enjoy sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. The balcony off the living room faces south and has a spectacular view of the lagoon, pool and clubhouse as well as a partial ocean view.
