Harwich is near the ''elbow'' of the Cape - halfway between the Cape Cod Canal and Provincetown. Nantucket Sound Beaches are one mile away, and Harwich boasts many freshwater ponds. Near shopping, restaurants, golf, galleries, theatre, fishing, seal cruises, wildlife sanctuaries, historic lighthouses, and of course wonderful Nantucket Sound and Pleasant Bay beaches! Wonderful beach house

The description of the house and amenities were right on the mark! The house had all of the necessities for a great vacation, and Jen was very informative and helpful. The beach is just a short walk away, and was never crowded (and this was during the week of July 4th). The local bait shop provided good advice for fishing, and George's Seafood had great lobsters. Try a day trip to Nantucket, too. We particularly enjoyed the bike riding, the melt-aways from the local bakery, and rooting for the Mariners! We had a wonderful time!

Absolutely outstanding property. The house had everything we needed and was well appointed. Red River Beach is great for kids and Harwich Port is beautiful! Looking forward to coming back next year.

Comment Text: The house was great and certainly well-prepared for vacationers. Jen was particularly helpful and provided wonderful information and advice. The
house is close to the beaches (watch out for the seals), and within biking distance of Harwich Port and Chatham. We recommend George's Seafood and the local bait shop in HP for good fishing advice. We certainly had a wonderful time, and especially enjoyed rooting for the Harwich Port Mariners!!

We enjoyed a week exploring the Cape and this lovely house made a great base. It's very comfortable and we felt very much at home. Being a few minutes from the beach was super and the quiet surroundings made for a peaceful stay. Great restaurants and Sunday brunch at Brax was particularly good

This perfect cottage is just a few minutes moonlit walk to the beach, a bit longer if you take the wooded trail behind the house. And a mile in the opposite direction we found a system of paths through meadow and woodland that provided space for a longer run. A kayak rental place in West Harwich enabled us to row far out into the sound...gorgeous. All this and an internet connection, too!
