Enjoy your stay in this 2 BR/2 BA 2nd floor Condo located by the pool and only minutes from Siesta Key Beach. The condo comes fully furnished with washer and dryer in unit. There are vaulted ceilings in the living room area. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, TV and attached full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and large closet. Both of the bedrooms have a view of the pool area. There is also a futon in the living room area. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a beautiful pool area just outside your door, including a hot tub. The fitness area is located next to the pool. Free wireless internet is included. The condo complex includes walking paths and bike trails, two lakes and tennis courts.

The condo is within walking distance to grocery stores, Sarasota Square Mall, Sarasota YMCA, theaters, restaurants. It's minutes from the world famous, white sandy beach of Siesta Key. There are also lots of other beaches within a short driving distance.

Why The Owner chose Sarasota

After vacationing in Sarasota for several years and renting in the area, we decided to purchase a condo in this complex. We love the white sandy beach of Siesta Key and the surrounding beaches. We also like having the pool and hot tub right outside our door.
