INCREDIBLE OCEAN DRIVE-OCEAN FRONT LOCATION

Everything was great. The condo was in a great location across the street from the beach. There were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use, which we were pleasantly surprised about. Though Memorial day weekend was one of the most crowded weekends to travel to Miami the condo was relatively quiet. Lee was very responsive to all concerns before and during the stay. No cons. Will stay here on my next trip to Miami.

This was a great stay from beginning to end and we would have loved to stay longer. Lee was very efficient in handling the booking and very prompt with his replies to any questions. We rented Apt B and it was exactly as in the photos - very cute. It was also very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent - in the middle of everything and looking out at the beach. It was lovely having the space to relax compared to a hotel room. We would highly recommend this apartment and we do hope to visit again.

This was a great vacation rental, from beginning to end. The owner was on top of things from the beginning of our communications, until the end of the stay. Either he, or his assistant, were just a text away from helping with any problems. All our concerns and questions were answered promptly. The residence was true to the photos, and then some. Comfortable, well-maintained, and all amenities to be self sufficient and not always have to pay tourist prices at tourist trap restaurants. I would recommend this property to anyone who doesn't mind music bumping as you go to sleep, and to anyone who wants a central location within walking distance to EVERYTHING! Great location, definitely recommended for a girls week, a boys week, family, friends, and party goers, or beach lovers. Although we ate breakfast and lunch mainly in the condo, there are a couple of nearby places I would recommend everyone try: Flame Caffe (espanola way); great food, great service, and good prices; Puerto Sagua for affordable yet delicious Cuban cuisine; Wet Willies for their daiquiris; The Erotic Art Museum; beach (obviously). A couple of other things to do would be to use the bike rental service and take a bike up to north beach, and/or take a walk along the boardwalk, it starts after 21st Street. Oh and right below is Fat Tuesdays, they play great sets of hip-hop, dancehall, and salsa. If you want something a little more upscale, Clevelander Bar has a rooftop party with a DJ that was nice as well. And finally to do some other things like tours and such, Admiral Tours has an office on Washington Avenue that offers some great deals. We did the Everglades, it was great.
