Our Sun Key home is a 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse within a quick walk to the main clubhouse and pool.
In July 2012 the townhome received $10K worth of updates including fresh paint, new carpet, some new furniture, new bedding/linens, dishware, cookware, flat screen TV's and more, making it one of the nicest vacation rental homes in the area!

This home has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, small appliances (such as a blender to make margaritas!!), cookware, and a large stock of dishes and glassware; a dining room with seating for six and an inviting living area with 40 inch flat screen TV and DVD player and a micro-stereo with iPod docking station. The backyard dining terrace has a bistro set and backs onto the beautiful conservation area.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, 26 inch flat screen TV with DVD player,a full ensuite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding woodlands.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a closet with built-in drawers as well as hanging racks. The third bedroom has two twin beds (one bed with a Toy Story theme and one bed with a Princesses theme) as well as a small TV with DVD player.
A highchair, portable crib and stroller are provided for baby's needs. Hair dryers in both upstairs bathrooms make for one less item you need to pack! A private main floor laundry room is also available for guest use.
