The village offers 2 heated pools, a hot tub, a new fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, bocce, and 2 club houses offering many activities. There are weekly events, dinners and entertainment scheduled all winter long, and many activities such as softball, dancing, golf, and chorus. Always welcoming new participants. You can fish right from the pier. The village has a 81 slip marina and a yacht club.
There is a small shopping mall with a grocery store, liquor store, Bealls Outlet, and take-out restaurants one mile from the community, close enough to walk. Very close to downtown Fort Myers, with restaurants, shops and theater. A short drive to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel/Captiva Island and Pine Island in the opposite direction.
