Stunning and Perfect--Better Than Hotel Quality

Everything you need and more is available at Villa Viscaya. For years our extended family of 16 has rented large homes throughout the state and this is by far the most fully- and well-equiped property we have encountered. The kitchen had every conceivable accoutrement we could desire, so we could cook and bake to our heart's content. Toys? yes! games galore, croquet, badminton, football, ping pong, pool, poker, cards, darts, keyboards, pianos and a lovely large lawn to tackle and throw and run and play. Private access to a lovely, quiet beach often covered with shells made activities for both children, teens and long walk and talks for the adults. The ensuite bedrooms, many with private sitting areas meant that each member of the family had space--sometimes we lost people when they were quietly sitting on their personal balconies contemplating the stunning views or quietly reading or journaling. I cannot say enough about how wonderfully perfect this house is--including the service. There were ultra comfortable beds in each room, luxury linens with down comforters and pillows, thick cotton towels with more spares than we could use. Back up supplies for everything were provided including wood for the fireplaces. The two sets of washer/dryers kept us all in clean clothes and the two dishwashers kept us in clean dishes! Our family is full of strong opinions--this is the first time that we ALL agreed that every possible need was met and we can hardly wait to return to knit and catch up again.
