Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

The Bluffs is a very beautiful gated community of 240 condos around a lake in Sebring. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 baths. One member of the renting party must be at least 55 years old. The condo is on the second floor (no one above you) and overlooks the lake. There are many organized activities if you choose to take part, such as golf, cards, potlucks, water aerobics, yoga classes, holiday celebrations to name a few. People are very friendly.

Minimum rental time is one month.

Sebring is a beautiful area with a very low cost of living. There are numerous large, clear lakes in the area. Highlands Hammock State Park is near by with virgin Florida ecosystems that range from forests to swamps (with gators!). Lots of very reasonable golf courses around. Disney World is about an hour north. Tampa and Sarasota/Bradenton less than 2 hours. And the East coast about the same.

This unit is on the largest part of the lake and very quiet. One of the best units there!!!
