The villa comes with 3 sea kayaks and has a lighted tennis court for more active outdoor activities. The two-storey entry leads into a living room with vaulted ceiling and second floor gallery. The villa has terrazzo tile floors throughout. Three bedrooms are in the main house: two upstairs, one downstairs. Two additional smaller bedrooms (most appropriate for teenagers) are in the cottage just behind the main house and adjacent to the tennis court.
