A short walk will take you to two white sands beaches with crystal clear water live coral and thousands of reef fish and turtles. Many visitors say it is the best snorkeling in Hawaii. Or, you may choose to play on one of the two most beautiful golf courses in the world. There is also a world class tennis facility, spa and workout gym.

Dave and Sandy have been the proud owners of Mauna Lani Terrace H303 since June, 2003. We use it for a second home also. By staying in it as often as possible, Sandy can continue to think of ways to make it more comfortable and luxurious. She has supervised the extensive remodeling over the past two years. As 35 year residents of West Hawaii, we have a unique insight into what pleases visitors to our Paradise. About 50% of our rental days are return guests. Many of them had already discovered Mauna Lani Terrace. Once they stay in H303, they virtually always return to it.
Dave & Sandy purchased this condo in 2003
In June of 2003 we sold a beach property in California and needed to replace it with a property on the Big Island. Since I was a real estate broker here since 1979, I had a unique knowledge of every luxury condo complex on the Kohala coast and knew that nothing compared to Mauna Lani Terrace. Sandy and I toured the 7 or 8 Terrace condos for sale at the time. We will never forget the day that we opened the door of H303. We could see down the hall through the living room we saw a view that took our breath away, the most beautiful ocean view that we had ever seen. It was love at first sight. Sadly, it was the most expensive of all of the condos that we viewed. More then we thought we could afford. However, with my many years of experience negotiating real estate, we miraculously made the deal. To this day, when we walk through the front door of that exquisite condo, we still can't believe it is ours. We love to share it with our dear guests, many of whom have become long time friends.
Number 1 is the view. No other condo can boast an equal view of the ocean, fish ponds and palm trees. Every room has a view. The H building is considered the prime location in the Terrace. It is a 7 minute walk to the right to the Mauna Lani Hotel with it's restaurants and the white sand beach in front of it. A 7 minute walk to the left takes you by the royal fish ponds to the beautiful white sand horse shoe shaped bay with pristine coral reefs and multitudes of colorful reef fish and turtles. A 2 to 3 minute walk takes you to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and barbecue area. The top floor location of H303 affords the maximum privacy, security and view. Ground floor units have no privacy or security from people walking by and looking in. Being a corner unit, there is a view, sunlight and ventilation from the side providing a much more open airy feeling. Tastefully decorated with an Asian-tropical flair. 100 year old antique Chinese hutch. We have been upgrading H303 from the day of purchase. New porcelain tile throughout the condo,imported hand made wool rug from Nepal, new kitchen with new Bosch washer and dryer, new Thermador oven-microwave,GE Profile 5 burner glass cook top,granite counters, tile back splash. Since one of Sandy's passions is baking and cooking,the gourmet kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Bathrooms, new tile on walls and glass blocks to let more light in. Master shower completely replaced with larger designer shower.Paid local artist $1000 to design and etch glass shower door with unique floral design.New flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms. Wireless internet connection.Our housekeepers, Susan and Chris have been with us for many years and are not only employees, but family.We have had more then one guest try to steal them and take them home to do their housekeeping.They are honest, reliable are immaculate cleaners.

Deposit of $2000 required at time of booking. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
