Photos and Description of the Caseville vacation house rental Oak Point Home with Lk Huron View & Private Beach Access - 3 BR/ 1 BA

Everything you need for your vacation is already here... except your toothbrush! Situated in the exclusive Oak Pointe Shores Subdivision, it's known for its truly perfect swimming beach: sandy, shallow, warm and protected from gusty winds so common around the area. Absolutely no rocks, weeds, or mushy-wet sand! Your private beach access is a short 20 feet from the front door. The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, television, and small closet. The newly remodeled bathroom has a tub/shower and 1 pedestal sink. The 2nd bedroom has one full-sized brass frame bed, small closet. The 3rd bedroom has one twin futon. The main living area has a nice view of the neighborhood and lake from the front bay window, and is open to the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is completed with beautiful light maple cabinetry, new appliances-small and large. Everything you need to prepare and serve a hearty meal for 5 is there, just bring your groceries.
