Photos and Description of the Grand Haven vacation condo rental Nearly new 2BR 1BA Condominium Overlooking the Boardwalk and Water

Nearly new, luxurious 2 bedroom, one bath condominium unit. It is a second floor, corner unit with lots of windows, two balconies, and panoramic view. One balcony off living room and the second one off the master bedroom. Well appointed with top furniture and granite counter tops in kitchen. Master bedroom with queen size bed and second bedroom with bunk beds (bottom folds into full size bed). The living room has pull out couch, so the unit sleeps a total of six people. The bathroom has a heated, ceramic tile floor. This is across the street and overlooking the boardwalk and water. Walking distance to the beach and pier. It is only two blocks from downtown Grand Haven's dining and shops. Obvious summer activities include swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, excellent golfing, and summer festivals. Fall/winter activities include the spectacular Michigan fall colors tour, cross country skiing, and festivals.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $150-350/Night
  • 50% reservation deposit plus $300 refundable security deposit required at time of reservation and balance due within two weeks of arrival. If reservation made with less than one months notice, then full amount due for reservation. If reservation canceled, reservation deposit refunded only if able to re-rent property minus a $25 re-booking fee. Confirmation will be sent for deposit. Nightly rates exclude additional $100 cleaning fee.

    -This is intended to be a family environment.
    -No smoking or pets are allowed in the building.
    -Must be 21 or older to rent.
    -2 night minimum during high season.

    Coast Guard Fest $275/night for 2000/week with 3 night minimum.
    October - May $150/night or weekly/monthly available, see specials.

All utensils, dishware, and linens included. It has one covered parking space as well as elevator to all floors and secured entry into the building.
Activities:
Activities abound in this Michigan location. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the fantastic golfing that Michigan has to offer as well as the beach/waterboating activities. There are sail charters as well as fisking charters on Lake Michigan. There are numerous summer festivals, including Grand Haven's own Coast Guard Fest with the 5k/10k run.

It would be hard to find a better location. It is an easy walk to the pier & beach and downtown restaurants and shops are just around the corner - a key factor during prime tourist season when parking is next to impossible. The unit is small, but suited our needs.
