Welcome to Sun Splash Villa, the ultimate destination for family fun by the pool!

This is an amazingly spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home that is in a Cul-de-sac.

Once you walk into your home, you are welcomed by the open floor plan. Sun Splash has two living areas for you to enjoy that open up to the pool area.

Master features queen bed with separate master bath. A spacious second bedroom also has a queen. The third has two twin beds each for your kids to enjoy. You even have a pull out sofa bed to accommodate two more friends or family members that decide they want to come with you at the last moment.

Families have come to enjoy the huge fenced in back yard but the real feature again is the pool! It’s HUGE! Imagine in the evening jumping into the spa and feeling the relaxing bubbles at your feet and shoulders.

This home was great. Good location, comfortable and relaxing. Park within walking distance with friendly neighbors. The pool area was just on another level of satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.".
