This house is a highly custom home that was built to be a luxury lodge. This home was not built on a budget, and is less than 4 years old. Everything in this house exclaims luxury from our pillow top mattress to our Egyptian cotton bedding.
The kitchen in this home is also exquisite. Viking appliances, a grape mural in the back splash, custom quarter sawn oak cabinets, and antiqued brown leather granite makes this kitchen a chef's dream. If you plan on needing any special kitchen appliances, let us know we probably have them and can leave them at the property. The formal dining room will seat 10 for a dinner party, while the bar seats 4 and the breakfast nook seats 6 more. Off the formal dining room is a wine cellar for storing your purchases while in Walla Walla wine country.
The Master Bedroom and Bathroom were created for your comfort! The master bedroom is very spacious with vaulted ceilings, a luxurious king size bed and a 50' HD Plasma built into the wall, as well as beautiful mountain/vineyard views. The master bathroom has a walk in travertine shower with a rain head shower head. His and Her sink areas and a TV over the soaker tub make this bathroom truly amazing
The outdoor kitchen is complete with a 48' kitchenaid grill, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, and plenty of storage. It is covered and has a ceiling fan. Also added last summer was a home theater complete with a 96 inch screen, Polk surround sound, DVD and Bluray collection and HD TV. This is a perfect place to spend an evening. There are 8 reclining leather home theater seats with stadium seating that are so comfortable you won't want to get up.
To the east of the house there are golden fields and the infamous Blue Mountains, the house is so centrally located it is 4 miles and less than 10 minutes to anywhere in Walla Walla. Downtown can easily be biked to or driven to in about 6 minutes. Our renowned downtown area is an excellent place to start your most relaxing vacation! Whether wine tasting, shopping in boutiques, visiting the farmers market, or just having a bite to eat, the downtown area is a fantastic place to spend your day.
Twenty minutes to the east is the small town of Waitsburg. This small town of 1200 residents boasts a great Main street complete with an excellent Southern restaurant, which serves excellent chocolate Coca-Cola cake and famous cornbread.
Fifteen minutes from Waitsburg is the larger town of Dayton. Dayton also has an excellent main street and perfect for the evening stroll after dinner.
