Rancho La Quinta. This is a wonderful vacation home located on the 2nd fairway of the Pate course at the prestigious Rancho La Quinta Country Club. It boasts approx 3000 sq.ft of luxury living space with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with views to the Northeast. This home is beautifully decorated in rich woods and warm tones. The living and dining rooms are comfortably elegant with an additional casual family room with Big screen TV/stereo/CD/DVD and VCR. The sumptuous master suite has a king bed and luxurious ensuite bath and queen beds are in each of the other two guest bedrooms with a sofa sleeper in the quaint casita. All bedrooms come with personal TV's and private baths. The gourmet kitchen will surely please the chef in the family with its exquisite granite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances and island breakfast bar. The spacious patio area envelopes a sparkling pool and spa with a built-in BBQ, and ample seating/lounging from which to enjoy the desert sun. This home has a 60 day minimum rental.
