Palm Valley Country Club. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom condo is the largest floorplan at Palm Valley with 2490 square feet of living space. The contemporary decor is accented by vaulted ceilings, marble and travertine throughout, a custom built fireplace, a wet bar, formal dining room, big screen TV, built in stainless steel BBQ and much, much more. The northern exposure from the patio offers panoramic views of the 4th fairway of the Challenge course. The community pool is just doors away, no membership is available. The master suite has a king bed and jacuzzi tub, the second bedroom has a set of twins, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Permit #11541.
