thanks so much for all your help! Our vacation was wonderful! I appreciated that there were NO SURPRISES! Or I should say, no bad surprises. The villa was everything you said it would be and more! Firstly, I appreciated the fantastic directions to the house, no surprises there. Secondly, the villa was ready ON TIME and looked even better than it did in the photos. It was superbly clean and comfortable. And when I called about a slight problem, I was thrilled at how quickly your people were there! Thanks for the surprise welcome packet, it definitley came in handy. I appreciated the information book in the villa that contained everything we need to know from how to work the air conditioner to the number to order pizza! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. You will be the first place I call for our next Disney vacation
