Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Ski-in/Ski-out Sundial condo sleeps 8. The condo overlooks the newly renovated Canyons Resort Village and is steps from the new gondola. A private washer/dryer is located in the foyer of the combined studio/1 bedroom unit. Other in suite amenities include a full kitchen, king bed, queen bed, and 2 sleeper sofas. As a guest in this condo, you are entitled to all amenities as any guest of Sundial.

Although plenty of activities to include summer and winter sports, shopping, and restaurants are located right on site, a free city bus or private shuttle operate regularly to provide you access to the many other amenities in the Greater Park City area.

The Canyons resort is located 35 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport, and accessible by rental car or private shuttle. Free underground parking is available for Sundial guests.

YEAR ROUND ACTIVITIES IN PARK CITY:

Besides the world class skiing in Park City, winter means a multitude of outdoor winter fun to include sledding, sleigh rides, tubing and snowshoeing to name a few. The Sundance Film Festival is held in late January.

Spring season can bring some of the best skiing of the year in very temperate conditions.

Summer means golf, mountain-biking, numerous music festivals, and the Kimball Arts Festival.

Don't rule out a fall visit, which many locals will tell you is their favorite season with moderate temperatures and a great opportunity to witness some of the best fall color in the country!

MUST SEE LOCATIONS IN GREATER PARK CITY:

Utah Olympic Park, Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction shopping and entertainment area, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort[both 2002 Winter Olympic ski event venues] -- All accessible by free city bus service.

Location, Location, Location!

We stayed at Dan's condo with two adults and three girls (7-11), and this condo couldn't have worked out better. The kid's snowboard school/rentals/gondola/shops/bars/restaurants were all within 100 yards of the condo. Also, we stayed during the Spring Gruv, and we enjoyed the free concerts just off our balcony on Friday and Saturday afternoons. The girls had fun sledding (with the sled in the condo closet!) and playing in the "park" area just behind the condo, and the multiple hot tubs were a hit with everyone. The unit itself was very clean, the sleeper sofa mattress was more comfortable than most, had a great view of the resort lifts and base area, and it was more than enough room for our group of 5. Dan is very helpful and easy to work with, and I would rent from him again without reservation. Lastly, for those considering the Grand Summit, where we were originally booked, I actually think the Sundial Lodge is a slightly better location.

Very nice ski condo

We really liked this place. Nice and well-maintained. Wouldn't call it elegant but this is not what we look for in a ski lodge. Would probably give it 4.5 stars if this were an option. The building is a very short walk to the lifts. Plenty of space. A lot of nice touches that increase fun and convenience when away from home (sled in the closet, coffee filters, gift basket with lots of useful stuff, salt and pepper shakers, washer and dryer in the room, laundry soap). The owner was very attentive and available to answer questions. Checked-in with us right after we arrived to see if we needed anything. Only detractors I can think of are limited closet and drawer space but this isn't a big issue for us. If one were staying for several weeks this might be a limitation. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly. We had three generations staying there (grandparents, us, and a young child) and all enjoyed.

Prior to selecting this unit at the sundial I reviewed the information online with VRBO and also spoke with the property manager. I must say all of the information was accurate from the description to the photos. What a great stay for a family with top notch amenities at your fingertips not to mention the mountain right outside your condo. Nothing was lacking at the Sundial and with this unit we picked. We had ample space to relax at the end of the day as a family and our own privacy given the layout. Again from parking, skiing, relaxing in the pool, ski valet and a beautiful and well maintained condo with easy access to town and other mountains, this is the place to stay with a competitive budget. Look forward to staying there again next year no question at all.

We enjoyed another oustanding week at The Canyons! The condo location is perfect in relation to the gondola and other lifts as well as restaurants at The Canyons. We found the condo to be very clean, well stocked with fine linens and plenty of cooking tools in the kitchen. Thanks again for a wonderful week at a great condo!

We had a wonderful visit to The Canyons and loved our stay at the Sundial Lodge. Everything is nearby and the staff is amazingly helpful. Any requests are fulfilled within minutes. The condo is in wonderful condition, very clean, lovely linens and towels, modern TVs in every room and set up perfectly for two families or 8 people. We felt very comfortable there would definitely stay here again. In addition, the owner was extremely helpful with information regarding discounted lift tickets and rental equipment. There are so many places to stay at The Canyons, we are so glad we found this one!
