Your beautiful fully furnished villa with its own pool awaits you. It boasts 2 extra sized double en suite bath/bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool and terrace area. 2 twin bedrooms and extra spacious 3rd bathroom. All rooms have individual cable TV and DVD. The great room has 2 separate dining areas, large sofas and 32ich HD cable TV and DVD plus many films. All rooms are air cond/heated. The fully equipped electric kitchen, has maximum size cooker, microwave and dishwasher, fridge and ice cube maker. After an exciting day out relax on the sun loungers or a cocktail at the poolside terrace table, then it's off to the games area with its large pool table and ping-pong and new Air hockey table or darts to choose from.

As thyis was the first time we had booked a private villa we were unsure what to expect, we received everything and more its beautiful, both villa and southern dunes , loads to do for children and near enough to the attraction parks. great holiday.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

Excellent rental

I recommend this rental to pretty much anyone interested in spending time in the Orlando area. Very close to several restaurants, and provides several short routes to downtown Orlando, Kissimee, and Winter Haven.
Property was spotless on our arrival and contains everything needed to help keep it so.
Overall, a very good rent. Will definitely consider renting again.

4br/ 3 bath house w/ pool & games for $85 a night!

As a family with two children, I like to be able to make home-cooked meals and have bedrooms that seperate my hubby and I from my kids, so looking for condos or affordable homes is a great thing.When you can get a better deal than any hotel room- its a must! This one had more than I could ask for, so we quickly nabbed it up and knew we had scored. We came into a spacious and clean private house with all the fixings and property manager greeted us next am to see if all was ok! Besides the advantage a having 4 bedrooms (so even my children didn't have to wake-up at the same time) + we all had a tv and a private bathroom for our own use, and ample room to spread out our belongings!Having the super sized Walmart less than 1/4 mile away- was terrific-anything needed was in reach! Having large breakfasts on a sreened patio poolside and being able to pack lunches/ dinner stuff while the kids swam- or played in the game room- made it easy! Laundry facilities kept bathing gear, towels, and outfits ready to wear without packing more than a carryon was a $ saver too as it was $15.00 per person per bag airline fee! Disney (30 min max) and both east and western beaches were close by- we even made it to watch shuttle launch in less than 2 hrs! Great time was had by all- definately an ideal & secure location for familys! Enjoy!
