Our home is on one floor. It has a master bedroom with king size bed, TV and luxury en suite bathroom with corner bath and power shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with en suite bathroom also with shower. There are 2 further twin bedded rooms that share a 'Jack and Jill' styled bathroom. There is additional sleeping in the front room with a double sofa bed. In total the villa can sleep 10 (plus 2 cots available for 2 infants). It has a front room with sofas, dining room, fully fitted kitchen and a family room. Our home is located on the prestigious 72 par championship Highlands Reserve golf course and looks out onto the 10th green-way which is lined with pine trees and orange groves. We offer unlimited Free telephone calls both international and national. The villa is located just a 15 minute drive from the Magic Kingdom. Our rates are excellent value when booked in advance and sometimes offer 'give-away' prices for last minute bookings.

Location


The villa is situated on the 72 par championship golf course at Highlands Reserve. It backs onto the 10th fairway which is visible through the pine trees bordering the property. There is a tennis court, children's play area and in additional to the villas own private pool there is a community pool nearby. Shops, restaurants, hairdressers etc are a 15 minutes walk away - you do not have to drive onto the Highway to access these facilities.

Rental Rates for this vacation villa rental in Highlands Reserve, Florida

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • From $840 per week
  • Our rates are inclusive of taxes.
    For stays less than 7 nights a cleaning fee is charged at an additional rate of $90. There is a 10% discount for stays of 21 nights or longer.
    Pool heat is an additional $15 per day if required.
    There is a booking deposit of US$450 which then reverts to a security/damage deposit and will be refunded after your stay. Dates are secured upon receipt of deposit and completed booking form.

Our amenities include: private pool, access to tennis court, the use of golf clubs and tennis rackets, 3 TVs, video and DVD players, free unlimited international and national telephone calls, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, full size fridge and freezer with ice-making machine, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, 1 crib and a travel cot, highchair. All bed linen and towels provided. It is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in all the rooms. As well as relaxing in your own heated pool, there is also Highlands Reserve golf course, tennis court and play area with swings and slide only 2 minutes walk away. Ideally situated close to shops, supermarket, restaurants etc with no need to have to take a drive out onto the highway.
