This oceanfront condo is located in a very quiet 5 story building and sedate part of the Gulf of Mexico. It has a large private balcony that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Every day begins with beautiful views and ends with spectacular sunset that can be enjoyed from your balcony or by taking a romantic stroll on the beach. This spacious 3 BR and 2 Full BA condo is filled with natural light and Indian Rocks Beach charm. It has a fireplace for those cozy nights and a Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom to melt away stress. Condo is kept extremely clean and has two parking spots on site. It's conveniently located next to public beach access for additional parking if needed. It has a large pool and deck area on the beach side with plenty of lounge chairs and beautifully manicured landscaping.
