Lovely Condo in a secluded resort community that is just a short drive from all the Lake Erie attractions. Centrally located between Toledo and Sandusky; you are minutes away from Port Clinton, Cedar Point, the Jet Express, Camp Perry, Crane Creek Wildlife Preserve and more! Beautiful sandy beach access!! A large sandbar make this the Perfect place to swim in the lake and play in the sand or have bonfires at night and roast marshmallows!!

This is a two bedroom, one bath Condo. The lower level has a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa and nice furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar for eating. The upper level has a charming loft, great for family gatherings during the day and easily converted to night time use in the evening. The loft room offers plenty of light with a picture window looking out at the Lake, a queen-size sleeper sofa and a queen futon with an extra thick mattress. You will enjoy a 55 inch LCD TV with DVD, Cable, and a Play Station II with games, including Guitar Hero!! The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with lovely linens, sky light and cable TV with DVD player. The bathroom has plenty of room with a washer and dryer. The 3 season screened in porch, is right off the living room with nice patio furniture, looking out at the marsh and Lake Erie.

This is the perfect place for a relaxing family vacation or a Lake Erie fishing adventure. The amenities included are: pool (voted best pool in Ottawa county for the last 4 years), beautiful sandy beach with a large sandbar that makes it perfect for swimming and playing in the sand, tennis courts, basketball, restaurant/bar and convenient store on property, located right by Wild Wings Marina with over 70 fishing boat charters available, fish cleaning station, catch and release fishing pond, a 30ft. boat dock, outdoor BBQ, car port. Located 12 minutes from Port Clinton which offers fine dining and ferry service to Put-in-Bay. Camp Perry shooting matches are 7-8 miles away. Excellent location for hunters or bird watchers. Crane Creek Wildlife Preserve and Magee Marsh Wildlife Area offer a nice boardwalk and hiking trails with lots of birds and animals to see, 5 minutes away. Golf courses close by. The perfect getaway with so much to see and do and a quiet resort community to escape to at night with beautiful relaxing sunsets and comfortable accommodations.

Condo comfortably sleeps 8 adults. You are welcome to bring additional children under the age of 3. Pack-n-play provided.

BBQ grill, gas grill, swimming pool, tennis, basketball, bikes for adults and children, playground, movies, Playstation II with games including Guitar Hero, beach umbrella and chairs, large grassy area for outdoor games, catch and release fishing ponds, board games for adults and children, toys for kids and more!!

Water Ways sleeps a max of 8 guest. Utilizing nearby cottages, Sunny Disposition and Liberty Breeze, we can accommodate parties as large as 33 guest. Or mix and match to suit your parties needs!!

Water Ways is our home away from home! We love to escape and go to the lake for some rest and relaxation! We chose Green Cove for its close proximity to all of the Lake Erie attractions, while still retaining the quiet resort community atmosphere! We enjoy the convenience of being so close to the marina and boat launch and having so many wonderful beaches to chose from! The kids love to go up to the lake, playing in the water, swimming in the pool and romping on the playground.

As Promised, VERY well stocked!!

I want to let you know we had a great time and enjoyed the condo. It was, as you promised it would be, VERY well stocked!! That’s a really nice plus that most places don’t have. We enjoyed using the bikes, the gas grill, the beach chair & umbrella and pool noodles. And we really appreciated (especially my wife,) the very well supplied kitchen (dishes, cups, utensils, etc.)! That made things so easy!! Thanks!!

We found the condo to be a good launching point for activities (Cedar Point, Beach, etc.) but also a great place just to hang out (pool, fishing, etc.) and we only wished we could have stayed longer! The week was over too soon!

Family Fun!

We had 3 generations of our family together for a weekend away and enjoyed the condo and all of its amenities (including dish soap, cleaning wipes, laundry soap, tissues, etc.). The previous reviews are all correct - the condo was well stocked, the towels were plush and the condo overall was very clean when we arrived. We walked to the beach everyday, would recommend taking the flashlight (they had that there too!). Caught a fish in the pond about 100 ft away (big catfish) All of our expectations and needs were met and then some. Enjoyed just sitting on the deck listening to the waves in the distance and enjoyed the area including the Marblehead lighthouse where you could see Cedar Point. Kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals, we made breakfast and dinner. Would reccommend to anyone that wants to pack their clothes and hop in the car for some time away.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Relaxing Family Vacation

I spent a week at this condo with my family, which includes my father (age 70), and 4 kids ranging in age from 13 1/2 down to 5....everyone had a GREAT time. The condo was amazingly clean and had everything and more we could have possibly needed. My 7 year old has autism and he LOVES to be in the water - and the pool literally is steps away from the condo, so we spent the majority of every day in the pool. He also can be quite noisy at times, so the condo being an end unit was an extra attraction. We walked to the beach each night to throw stones and build sand cities...........we went to the African Wildlife Safari and went through three times, the kids (and adults ) enjoyed it so much!!! It was one of the most relaxing weeks we have ever spent. Stacy was amazing to work with, I called about 2 weeks before the dates I wanted and she was super accomodating. All the people living in the community were so friendly - they would wave as they drove by, or sit and chat with us at the pool It really is a perfect place for a family of all ages.

Our vacation at Water Ways was a very enjoyable time! Lake Erie was gorgeous and it was so relaxing to sit at the beach and listen to the waves as the boats went in an out of the marina. Our children put the bikes to good use and we swam in the pool every day too. We couldn't have asked for a better location with the pool just steps outside the front door. It was quiet in the evenings and the neighbors would smile and wave as they passed us, many on their golf carts along with their dog. The outdoor picnic table was very handy as we used it for every meal. We probably would have grilled outside if the facilities would have looked different. We like to visit different locations, but if we decide to visit this area again we will most likely check this for availibility. Thanks so much!!
