Lake Travis Paradise is a private waterfront house located in Spicewood, Texas (35 miles Northwest of Austin) where the Colorado & Pedernales Rivers Merge. The house has just been totally remodeled & is ready for your vacation on Lake Travis!! The house sits on a beautiful waterfront lot in a quiet, family friendly area w/ a gentle walk down to the water & boat dock. There are outstanding lake views from the living room, kitchen, dining room, & 2 of the bedrooms. The main house has 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms & there is a separate 4th bedroom (Guest House) w/ a full bathroom available for additional nightly rate. Will sleep up to 14 comfortably (King in Master Bedroom, Queen in 2nd Bedroom, Two Bunk Beds (full on bottom/twin on top) in 3rd Bedroom, & Bunk Bed and Full Size Bed in the 4th bedroom). The kitchen is stocked w/ all needed cooking/eating utensils, full sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, coffee maker, & microwave.

  • Cancellation Policy
    If you cancel once you have a confirmed reservation, a $50.00 Cancellation Fee is charged. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, then the full amount of your reservation will be charged. All Cancellations must be made by phone, “person to person”. No voice messages or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations. A cancellation number will be given. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. If you schedule a massage(s), you must give 72 hour notice of cancellation or the full amount of scheduled massage(s) will be charged.
    * No Inside Smoking (outside only) please do not use the yard as an ash tray.
    * No More than the reserved number of guests on or in the property at anytime

The living room has a TV with DVD and Satellite and there is a dining room with table/chairs. There is 1 other TV with Satellite in the 4th bedroom). For guests enjoyment there is a Stereo/CD player and a selection of books, games, and magazines. Full Size Washer/Dryer for guests use, as well as a propane gas grill with patio set and chairs. The house has 2 covered porches (top and bottom) with beautiful views of the lake--perfect for that relaxing evening. There is a public boat launch about 15 minutes from the house. We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bags. Amenities: Fully Equipped Kitchen with all needed cooking & eating utensils. Outdoor BBQ Grill. $50.00 Damage Deposit Insurance & $25.00 Reservation Fee is Charged with each reservation. 1/2 the amount of reservation is due when reservation is made--final half is due 14 days prior to arrival.
