The living room has a TV with DVD and Satellite and there is a dining room with table/chairs. There 1 other TV with Satellite in the 4th bedroom). For guests enjoyment there is a Stereo/CD player and a selection of books, games, and magazines. Full Size Washer/Dryer for guests use, as well as a propane gas grill with patio set and chairs. The house has 2 covered porches (top and bottom) with beautiful views of the lake--perfect for that relaxing evening. There is a public boat launch about 15 minutes from the house. We provide all Linens, Towels, Paper Products, Dish Detergent, and Trash Bags. 2 Night Minimum (3 Nights on Holiday Weekends). Amenities: Fully Equipped Kitchen with all needed cooking & eating utensils. Outdoor BBQ Grill. $50.00 Damage Deposit Insurance & $25.00 Reservation Fee is Charged with each reservation. 1/2 the amount of reservation is due when reservation is made--final half is due 14 days prior to arrival
