Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This condo is in a premium location and is light and modern. The 2nd floor location offers cathedral ceilings and an open airy feeling. Two lanais offer wonderful morning and afternoon sun. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and wireless and broadband internet access is provided for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 32'flat screen TV. The second bedroom has twin beds and in the den you can recline in the leather rocker loveseat for an afternoon of reading and relaxing. The main living area has a 42'Sony flat screen TV and a modern sectional sofa for ultimate lounging. All the furniture is new and clean. An attached garage provides maximum storage.

Barrington Club is just minutes from the private Pelican Bay beaches where lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided and set up for you. Ride the tram through the mangroves and feel like you are transported to a Caribbean island. You can check out a kayak, sailboat, or canoe or explore the freshwater inlets of the mangroves (no extra charge, these are included in your fees). There's also a 2.5 mile scenic paved trail for walking, jogging, rollerblading, and biking. After a day on the beach, watch the sunset at the beach restaurant and bar and complete the perfect day in the perfect setting.

Other free amenities on-site include 18 lighted clay tennis courts, access to two separate workout facilities (both featuring free weights, weight machines, and plenty of elliptical and treadmills), and yoga and Pilates classes offered at the Pelican Bay Community Center. Also, two new Elektra cruiser bikes are waiting for you to use to ride to the beach and shopping. For the ultimate in pampering, you can also book a massage, facial, or other relaxing body treatment at the Pelican Bay Wellness Studio.

When you are not heading off to the beach or to the fitness center, walk the quaint stone path to the Barrington Club pool and hot tub or take off for the world class shopping at Waterside Shops or the Mercato. Less than 5 minutes to great restaurants. You will love this fabulous North Naples location and this bright and spacious condo.

We love Naples and have been coming here for many years. We picked Pelican Bay for the private beach access and convenient location to restaurants and shopping.
