Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

This condo is absolutely wonderful. It is newly remodeled. It has a water view out of every window. Parking is directly in front of the condo. It is right over the water. It is so convenient to just about everything in Hot Springs. There is an athletic club within walking distance. Restaurants and shopping galore. It is in the 7 South area. The Oaklawn Racetrack and Casino are about 12 minutes down the road. This condo is right off of Central Avenue- very easy to find.

There are so many great things to explore, but if you don't feel like getting out, you can just relax and enjoy the water view. Sometimes there are geese and ducks that swim up and like to be fed. You can see turtles and fish below in the morning. I can also recommend a massage therapist that makes house calls so you get a massage right before bedtime! This is not included in the price however....sorry. I love this condo, it's my home away from home- the fact that I don't have to drive far to do anything is the number one thing I like about it.

Deposits are required: for a weekend $50 , week$150 , month $300- upon mailing payment, just send a separate check for the deposit amount and it will be mailed back to you after checking out and the walk through is completed-

Right behind the Sunbay Resort, turn in front of the Sunbay onto Peters and you are seconds away from the condo. Once on Peters, at stop sign take a left, you will pass some cedar condos on right, it dead ends at Pretti Point Condos- cream and brown colored. It is an upstairs unit, you can see water out of every window. It is lavishly furnished with a 1.3 mile view of the main channel. Super convenient- a beautiful and relaxing stay!

I am originally from Louisiana, I lived in Hot Springs for about 4 years. I love it, it's a small town with everything you need. Not too small- not too big- just right. I have been going to Hot Springs for years before buying the condo and now the family and friends have a place to stay when visiting. It is a very convenient meeting spot for everyone. I am from a small country town in Louisiana, so I consider Hot Springs the big city! Funny...I still go to the condo often to meet friends and have fun. It's really a great place.

Why april ashmore chose Hot Springs

I bought this because it was a great deal at the time of purchase! The view is awesome and location isn't bad either. I did not buy this property as a rental to begin with, but for use for the family. We are all in Louisiana and only get to Hot Springs once a month or so, and just decided to rent it out some while it isn't being used.

What makes this condo unique

Some of the things I love about staying here is the tranquility. At night the water is amazing, there is an island across the way that stays lit up and a fountain running, it's nice to look at, also I like to feed the little fish and turtles that swim under the balcony in the morning. Having my hot tea out on the balcony is so relaxing. I never even turn on the TV while I am there, I just enjoy the scenery. It's right in the middle of everything but you still have privacy.

My property is centrally located to everything in Hot Springs. The Hot Springs Mall is minutes down the road, there are marinas across the way. You can sit on the balcony on most weekends and hear the music from across the water. You can also rent jet skiis and pontoon boats. There are bars and grills within walking distance. The view is lovely, especially at night when the lake is lit up and soft waves lap against the shore with thousands of sparkles as far as you can see!

Additional information about rental rates

The way I usually handle payments is if you are booking way in advance I require half at the time of reservation and the other half due a week or so before arrival. Once I recieve payment I will reserve the condo for you and give you directions and key instructions. If you plan to rent long term, a deposit is required. It will depend on how long you stay to determine the deposit amount.
Fees And Taxes The only fee I charge on top of the rates is a cleaning fee of $60.00

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Just returned from a long weekend in Hot Springs. Saw this condo on VRBO, inquired about it, and April was very quick to respond to all my questions. The condo was in a perfect location, just off Highway 7 and in a very quiet but convenient location right on Lake Hamilton. The views of Lake Hamilton from the living area and master bedroom were wonderful; enjoyed having coffee each morning on the spacious balcony while watching the ducks swimming by. Condo was nicely furnished and very clean. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone, and will definitely stay here again.

Oh this was great place to go and relax, very quite, close to attractions and the view was priceless.
Pictures were beautiful but the place had so much more style. It was very clean, felt I was at home just so comfortable. We were about 10 minutes from races, and restaurants had lots close to choose form. It was so nice to not have to drive 20 minutes back to where we were staying like we did our last visit. It was very easy to find, I was shocked when i went out on balcony there was no yard it was the lake, so cool we watched the boats, fish, ducks, turtles and a goose. We love it we can't wait to go again and I would recommend this place.

The view out the patio door is the first thing you see when you walk through the front door. AMAZING!!! The condo is very comfortable and extremely quiet. April is great to rent from and we look forward to returning again.

Very tastefully decorated yet a very welcoming vibe touches you the moment you enter this unit. Would by all means recommend this property to friends and other family members.
Was a sincere pleasure to return to this unit after each outing and that says a lot!!!!
