On the same floor are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, one with double bed, and two travertine marble shower rooms. Steps lead to the first floor where there are two further double bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms and one with a balcony. A few steps away from the main villa is a very characteristic stone cottage. Built on a slope on two levels and overlooking the swimming pool, this enchanting cottage has also been fully restored and is also furnished in comfortable Tuscan style. The upper level consists of a large living room with with settees, dining table and chairs and fully equipped kitchen area and opens onto a large terrace which stretches from the front of the house to the side and enjoys beautiful views of the pool. On the lower level are two pretty bedrooms, one with two French beds, one with double bed and both with ensuite shower rooms. This level opens onto a covered loggia which overlooks the gardens. Mature gardens and lawns surround the villas and there is plenty of space for relaxing.
