'The Beach House' at Carillon Beach is located on a beautiful white sandy beach catering to families. This home contains 2900 square feet of living space including living room and dining area, three queen-sized beds with private baths, a large Family/Bonus room with queen-sized sleeper sofa, it's own private bath, flat screen TV and DVD. We have a Wireless Broad Band connection, unlimited long distance service and 2 Flat Screen HD TV's. All in an immaculate setting.
Carillon Beach is an upscale gated community on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex contains free standing homes surrounded by three swimming pools, two tennis courts, Children's playground and picnic area. A coffee shop, ice cream, sports bar, yoga studio, paddle board shop, fitness center, restaurants and general store are on site two walking blocks from 'The Beach House'.
'The Beach House offers a family dream vacation in a dream house on the beach with magnificent views of the Gulf from the living room area and large master bed room - two bedrooms overlook Lake Carillon. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from two beach front decks.
Your own private walkover to The beach is provided including a daily lounge and umbrella set up from March to October. One of the three swimming pools is on the Gulf two houses away. Two other pools are heated in the off season. We have everything you will need for children including a full sized crib with linens, umbrella strollers, table and chairs set, toys, pails, shovels, books, Cd's, DVDs, boogie boards, swimming noodles and more, in an immaculate home setting.
