Beautifully furnished and accessorized condo in gated Property Point located within Burnt Store Marina. This is a ground floor unit overlooking a lagoon like pond--lush tropical landscaping--and your winter home is only steps to the pool.

This unit has a split bedroom floor plan, sliding doors from master suite to lanai. Attached 2 acr garage, interior laundry area. The master bath has soaking tub and large glassed in shower area. This unit has high ceilings, tall door openings--no feeling here of being cramped!

So much to see and do while you are here! Everything from fishing, fine dining, swimming or exploring the great shopping places Ft. Myers/Naples offer. For a more quaint experience, check out downtown Punta Gorda. Be sure to visit Fishermens Village while you are in town.
