Local amenities: CHAMPANOLLES-5 mins away with the local bakery, tabac, Spar and post office GEMOZAC-15 mins away has shops and local supermarket, post office and the doctors surgery. PONS-A very pretty town with shops and some lovely restaurants. SAINTES-30 mins away ,a beautiful city with an abundance of beautiful shops bars and restaurants a must to visit. COGNAC- 30mins away ,a great day out with all those cognac distilleries
Cognac : Cognac- have a day out sampling the flavour of Cognac city 30 mins away. A must to visit.
Golf: Courses nearby within 30 mins -Saintes & Cognac Royan also has a splendid course which is just a little further away (45mins)
