Welcome to LAKOTA, a signature community in Winter Park. Winter Park/Mary Jane opened five days early due to heavy snowfall! BOOK YOUR WINTER VACATION NOW! ??

This distinctive five bedroom/four bed/4.5 bath luxury half duplex with over 3700 square feet on three levels is located in the signature ski base community of LAKOTA. Lakota Dreamcatcher offers privacy from all locations - enjoy the private hot tub or a propane gas-grilled meal while gazing at the unobstructed view of the slopes from the private lower patio or upper deck. Be sure to watch the night time ski show down the front ski slopes at Christmas and New Year's Eve, or walk to the family activities at the base and music festivals in town during the summer - it is all awesome! Lakota Dreamcatcher has a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, two large living spaces, a 42' Plasma TV with DVD Home Theater sound system in one and another 42” HD LCD TV in the lower level family/game room, as well as radiant (heated) flooring throughout the home (under carpet/slate tile). Mmmmm…. I can feel the warm floor under my feet now! There is a two space heated garage (with 2 parking driveway spaces), Jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, full-sized washer/dryer, propane grill, free internet, wet/dry sauna, private hot tub, high quality linens and bedding, plenty of outside yard space to play, and a portable crib/high chair provided for the wee ones.

The Lakota community is coveted for location, amazing views, and amenities - close to the base but not too close to the traffic and congestion. The Lakota community is located directly across the main road from the ski base, so 1/3 mile – or an easy 10 minute walk in the summer.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We recently stayed in this home for a family ski vacation. It is a GREAT multi-family home. Because it is 3 levels everyone had space to themselves. However, it seems like we all congregated in the living room to see the breathtaking view of the slopes. Great attention to detail!!!! Absolutely no complaints :)

Christmas Vacation

I am the pickiest renter in the world. I agonize over websites and pictures. It takes me a long time to decide and I have been disappointed in rentals. These days pictures can lie! This place is better than the pictures!
We had 11 people - 2 parents and 9 adult children - what was i thinking?
The space and layout was perfect. Everyone had privacy but we could all lay around and watch TV together. Don't get me started about the kitchen! We never went out to eat. The boys cooked every night in the gourmet kitchen and the girls cleaned up with gourmet appliances. Love the Bosch stuff!. The bedrooms and baths were luxurious! As a non skier, the location was great because I could shuttle "kids" back and forth and get back to this beautiful home to enjoy the mountain view! Even sitting in master bedroom with my book and knitting you can enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub was so awesome!
The kids loved the after skiing bars in the village too. Ok, I did too!
Working with Mountain View Vacation Properties was a breeze. Thanks to Lexi and Matt for all their help! This place exceeded my expectations. Best Christmas ever!

Fantastic property for multi-family ski trip

We stay at this wonderful property for one week of spring skiing. It was terrific in every way. The layout was superb for our two families (4 adults and 6 kids). The rooms were lovely-great to have two master suites. The hot tub and sauna were enjoyed by all. Hope to return next year!! Thanks for a wonderful stay and a terrific place to gather our families.
