This newly constructed beach house on Lake Michigan is perfect for a family vacation. With four bedrooms and three full baths, it sleeps 14 and could easily handle multiple families. It is located on a cul de sac at the end of a paved private road. Less than two miles away is the Ludington airport, Pere Marquette/Lake Michigan boat access and downtown Ludington. This 3 story cottage has a downstairs level with full bath, laundry room, bedroom with a queen bed and set of bunk beds, and a 17' x 13' family room with satellite TV/VCR. The second floor has a full bath, kitchen featuring a large island with 5 stools plus a large dining area, and a 20' x 15' great room with lots of windows looking out at the Ludington Pier and Lake Michigan, as well as a gas fireplace and satellite TV/DVD. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds plus a set of bunk beds, and one with a queen bed, as well as a full bath.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $2,000 - $3,500/week, off-peak season $300 per night with $150 cleaning fee.
  • Reservation is confirmed with 1/2 Rental deposit, which is non-refundable unless reservation is cancelled at least 8 weeks prior to arrival. Balance of rental amount and a security deposit of $500 is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Weekly rentals are from 3 pm. on Saturday until 10 am. the following Saturday.

    Some weekends may be available at non-peak times for $300 per night plus $150 cleaning fee.

    Monthly rental rates available September through May for $3,000 per month.

    High Season-Memorial Day to Labor Day $3,500 Per Week
  • ** Rental rate for this property starting September 9, 2007 will be changed to $1,400 per week and $250 per night plus a $150 cleaning fee, and rates from May 31, 2008 will be changed to $3,000 per week through September 6, 2008, which includes cleaning.**

I do not know how she did it, but the weather was fantastic and the color was at it's height. Clean and convenient rental, will do it again.
