This 3 story cottage has a downstairs level with full bath, laundry room, bedroom with a queen bed and set of bunk beds, and a 17' x 13' family room with satellite TV/DVD The second floor has a full bath, kitchen featuring a large island with 5 stools plus a large dining area, and a 20' x 15' great room with lots of windows looking out at the Ludington Pier and Lake Michigan, as well as a gas fireplace and satellite TV/DVD. The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds plus a set of bunk beds, and one with a queen bed, as well as a full bath.
A large 12'x 32' deck overlooks Lake Michigan, and the nearest neighbor is over 150' away. The cement board exterior, urethane insulation, LCD flat screen TV and gas log fireplace will make this a warm place to stay year round. The 135 feet of private beach, luxury accommodations and beautiful views will help to create long-lasting vacation memories for the entire family.

Access to Lake Michigan : 100 feet from the back door is a set of stairs leading down to a VERY private Lake Michigan shoreline. Often you are the only family on the beach for miles! The cottage is located on a high bluff overlooking Lake Michigan, which means breathtaking views of Lake Michigan sunsets and the Ludington pier. There are 250 stairs that wind down to the Lake, with two decks on the way. On the beach is a box for you to store your beach gear for the week so that you do not need to haul your gear up and down the stairs. While at the Lake, you will enjoy a sandy beach and shallow water, which is perfect for children to play in! A creek down the beach a little ways is home for frogs and is perfect for building dams and waterfalls.
