The condo is equipped with Cable TV/VCR/DVD, wireless Internet, and CD player with radio. It has TV and VCR in both bedrooms, plus the living room. Its family friendly with beach toys, beach gear, a selection of sports equipment, and indoor family games and movies. This condo is located at Point East Condominiums, 3801 South Atlantic Avenue #309 in an oceanfront resort with an Olympic size pool (heated), a kiddy pool, shuffleboard, covered picnic area, and oceanfront lounging deck. The resort is in the preferred non-driving beach zone so you can walk for miles on un-crowded and unspoiled white sandy beach without vehicles. The oceanfront resort is located next to the 27th Avenue City Park with a lifeguard on duty. The park has restrooms, outdoor showers, covered picnic area, playground, and recreation area. It's a great place for large families to gather and children to meet with other local children and have some extra fun. There's a basketball and handball courts.
New Smyrna Beach is convenient to Central Florida attractions including Disneyworld, EPCOT, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, NASA and much more. It's an hour to Orlando and only a half hour to Daytona International Speedway and NASCAR events. The beachside community consists of 12 miles of white sandy beach with an additional 24 miles of coastline at Canaveral National Seashore on the south end of the island. The Intercoastal Waterway offers a pristine estuary with a wide variety of ECHO tourism, world famous fishing, and water sports. The average annual air temperature is 72.7 F (22.5C) so you can visit any time of the year.
This island community is un-crowded, unspoiled, and a 'natural' destination for vacationers that want the best that Florida has to offer. This island is a walking island, and seafood and specialty restaurants, and shopping are all within two blocks of my rentals. We also have Flagler Avenue with plenty of nightlife and day time boutique shopping. This town has plenty of activities for families with a bowling alley and Movie Theater, Life Theater, miniature golf, game rooms, and plenty of outdoor activities
