Enjoy breakfast on the sun soaked back deck overlooking a beautiful yard of flowers and foliage. Fill your day with as little or as much as you want with what the local area has to offer. Relax on the front deck as you bar-b-que the day’s catch and then slide into the hot tub and take in the magnificent West Coast sunsets.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $900-$1850/week; $1850/month in off-season
  • 25% of the rent amount, min $400, is required to confirm bookings. This amount will become a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The full rent amount is due one month before arrival.
    Cancellation Policy:
    1. More than 60 days notice is a full refund of the deposit.
    2. From 30-60 days notice prior to arrival: a 50% refund of the deposit amount.
    3. Less than 30 days notice prior to arrival
    We always try to re-rent the cottage, even at a 'last minute discount price', and if successful we return all but the difference in what we receive on the re-rental - ie. if we re-rent for the same price you will get a full refund. Otherwise there is a 50% refund of the rent amount.

    We work with guests as much as possible as we appreciate that their schedules/plans may change.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque, money order/bank draft or cash.

Amenities: New jacuzzi. Toddlers pool and toys for the beach (ie. shovels and pails for sand castle building and a boogie board). The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, griddle plus all the utensils and dishes you will need to make your favorite recipes. There is also a BBQ. New in-house laundry facilities are available. A hairdryer is provided as well as all linens, towels, and beach accessories. There are two TVs, a DVD with one and a DVD and VCR with the other. Cable service is provided. There is a selection of board games, pocket books and movies available. A set of 15km walkie-talkies and binoculars provide a good way of keeping in touch and sight with the beach if some of you are staying at the cottage.

Activities: Qualicum Beach is a summer playground, offering sandy beaches, a picturesque village, six golf courses, several marinas nearby and many unique shops and markets. The town has won many international awards for its flower gardens.
