If you're looking to rent a vacation property in Deer Valley, our luxuriously appointed Deer Valley property provides a perfect balance of vacation activities and a private, relaxing retreat. Our town home places you and your family right in the middle of Utah's most incredible winter getaway scene. We are 3 minutes (1/2 mile)from one of the most prestigious ski resorts in the entire country, and nestled in a cozy lake-side community just miles from the international airport.
Located in Lower Deer Valley, we're in close proximity to everything in Park City. During the ski season, there is a complimentary Deer Valley Resort Ski Shuttle that stops just steps from our door every 20 minutes from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We are also just two blocks from local transit service that takes skiers/boarder directly to the base of Park City Ski Resort and Canyons.
Our 1768 sq.ft. town home is an ideal vacation rental for one or two couples or a family of four to six. We have two master suites with private baths, and if you need to sleep six, you can include 2 more people on the queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room. Both master suites have 1000 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets, with European style high-quality down duvets, and the Master Suite bathrooms have large, thick, cozy towels and plush Turkish Cotton his/her bath robes.
The kitchen is equipped for a gourmet cook, with a four burner gas stove and every kind of glassware for baking and serving. There is a full set of Calphalon pots and pans of various sizes; glasses, plates and cutlery for all occasions, as well as quality placements and napkins. The dining table extends to sit six people comfortably. There are four bar stools around the granite bar surrounding the stove so people can eat casually.
The living area is extremely well appointed, with a sofa that seats 3 and a large chair. A HDTV flat screen and DVD/CD with surround sound is hooked up to cable. There is a large library of music CDs, some DVD movies, a variety of quality fiction and non-fiction books, games, and puzzles to entertain you while you sit in front of the wood burning fireplace.
The outdoor hot tub is brand new and serviced daily. It's comfortably heated to 104 degrees, and just a couple of steps from the patio doors. We have our own laundry room inside of the home with a large washer and dryer.
This is our home away from home, and we hope that it feels the same for you. Since it was built there have only been two owners, and up until this year, this home has never been rented. This is by no means a place that feels like a 'rental property' and with careful selection of our guests and attention to detail at our end, we intend to keep it that way so you'll want to return year after year.
We are strict about our no smoking and no pets rule, so you can be assured of a comfortable stay while you're there if either of these is an issue for you. All in all, we know we're offering something uniquely beautiful - a little gem in the mountains - and we know you'll enjoy your stay.

We live in Southern California. Both of us are avid skiers, and when we discovered the powdery, dry, fluffy snow of Utah and the no snow boarders policy in Deer Valley, we were hooked. The surprise for us was how much we love the summer months in Deer Valley as well as the winter. Near-by Park City takes on a refreshing summer resort energy that attracts music lovers, artists, hikers, bikers, and those who just want to sit and listen to the leaves rustling in the trees. The 4th of July parade is beyond charming, and we love the fact that we can walk (2 miles) into Old Towne for breakfast or dinner, then take our lazy bones back on the local free bus. Our next surprise was the spectacular change of season in the fall. The maples turn orange and deep red and the aspens turn a brilliant yellow. It's a great escape from the 'real world' all year round. Our Deer Lake Village condo/town home is located just off Queen Esther Drive which intersects with Deer Valley Drive East. We are about 1500 yards (0.9 miles) from the Snow Park Lodge at Deer Valley Resort. You can access the free town shuttle by walking to the shuttle stop at Deer Valley Drive East.
The choice to buy our particular town home over all others was all about the view from one of the Master Suites (we sleep with the blinds open so we can wake up and see the sun rise on the mountain) and about the fact that we could sit in our hot tub at the end of a day of skiing and watch those that still want to make that last ski run come down the hill. Then it was the beautiful little lake that the town homes in Deer Lake Village surround. We're up early in the summer sharing our walk with the deer and moose that come down to drink in the mornings. It's absolutely beautiful and serene in this particular location. The floor plan is brilliant for the square footage.

Waking up to the sound of the leaves on the Aspen trees that surround our private outdoor patio is also a treat. There are a number of trail heads less than five minutes from our doorstep that we take for morning or late afternoon walks. And then there's the 'magic shuttle' - magic because it magically arrives 10 steps from our doorway to take us right up to the lodge in Deer Valley. When we decide to stay in, we think our sofa also has magic powers, as it has the ability to immediately put to sleep whomever lays down on it to watch TV or read. Deer Lake Village is as pretty as a story book setting in the winter - when we drive into the community we think we're in a winter wonderland. Our HOA is meticulous in landscaping and snow removal, and we appreciate how their attention to detail makes Deer Lake Village stand out among the other properties in Lower Deer Valley.

3/10/15-3/15/15. We had a wonderful time. Out kids are 9, 11, and 13 and we had plenty of room. The wood burning fireplace was great! The location is perfect for access to Snow Park and old town. We had a car but one is not needed as there is transportation to Snow Park and to Park City.
My wife, two children, and I just returned from New Years week skiing in Deer Valley and staying at this beautiful townhouse. The townhouse is very convenient to the base Deer Valley ski area and ski school – less than a mile. It is extremely well appointed with beautiful furnishings, including a first class kitchen with many supplies. The bedding and towels were comfortable and of high quality. The townhouse includes a fully equipped laundry room and attached garage which was convenient in the cold. We enjoyed the hot tub and gas grill on the back patio complete with views of the Deer Valley slopes! The owner and the manager were top-notch and very responsive in confirming the reservation and getting us checked-in and settled. They assured that every last detail of our trip was perfect. We will look forward to returning again next ski season!
My wife & I had a wonderful time skiing at Deer Valley & relaxing in your condo Isabelle. You and your partner have a very nicely appointed unit that we very much enjoyed staying in. We had a truly quite and relaxing ski week that we will cherish for very long time. The description and pictures in the VRBO listing for your unit was perfect as we found nothing misrepresented. And after a day of skiing we relaxed in the welcoming hot tub with its view of Deer Valley, or in front of wood burning fire place which were totally first class. And a big shout out to your property management team for assisting us with the gas grill so I could grill our steaks while taking in the splendid views from the back porch. We look forward to staying at your unit again in the near future.
This townhome is absolutely lovely with every comfort of home. It's a perfect spot for a ski vacation at Deer Valley with the private shuttle right outside the door. The community is quiet and close to downtown Park City with all the wonderful shops and restaurants. We visit at least once a year and I would choose this unit again especially for four people. The photos accurately show the interior. We appreciated the garage, fireplace and hot tub and the convenience of everything waiting for us when we arrived.
We stayed at the condo with our two kids and used it as a base to ski Deer Valley. The condo is ideally located - less than a mile to ski school, close to town, great for exploring the mountain. It is very well furnished and quiet. It is also on the shuttle route and the bus system here is excellent so one can do without a car. Highly recommend!
My wife and I just returned from 4 days of great skiing in Deer Valley and especially enjoyed this condo. The condo is conveniently close to the Deer Valley ski area. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and included first class kitchen appliances and supplies. Bedding and towels were excellent quality. Attached garage was convenient when it was snowing and we were very appreciative of the large spa on the back patio after a full day of skiing. Natural gas grill on the patio allowed for a great steak dinner. Owner and manager were very responsive in setting up the reservation and getting us checked-in and settled. We look forward to returning next year!
