Thoughtfully designed to maximize exposure to Lake Tahoe and meet the needs of the active owners, this lovely and sophisticated home was built by well-known contractor John Brink. The gated driveway provides privacy and access to a two-car garage connected by a short breezeway to the residence. Guests are greeted by a bubbling fountain and gracious entry into the two-story Great Room that's full of light and wonderful lake views. Imaginative ideas of the Interior Designer/Owner are showcased in spaces reflecting form and function. Use of the stained concrete floor for fireplace enclosures in the living room and main floor master suite, angled walls to maximize lake views from most rooms and a creative floor plan restate the care given to the design, finish and furnishing of the exciting residence.
