Our Homewood Lake House is absolutely wonderful. This home was 3 years in the making, custom designed and built for the owners by Bruce Olson & Olson Construction. Each detail of this home is impressive and special. The owners planned their home design to add to the ease and pleasure of every room. The flooring on the main level is granite indigenous to the Tahoe region. The home has been lovingly decorated by the owner with imported and custom area rugs and furnishing intended to bring comfort and enjoyment to all that stay in the home. The counter tops are granite and the combination of the woods used and the stone really adds to the mountain home experience. The master bathroom has a custom chiseled granite tub and large steam shower. There is an audio system in bath and bedroom. Bedding is custom made using fabric from the Ralph Lauren Home Collection. The lower level has a large family room with wet bar and game table. 61" TV equipped with movie and music library. Matching Queen suites both with lake views. There is also a bar, 22" LCD flat screen TV, Sub-Zero wine captain, refrigerator and ice maker, limestone counters & copper sink. The main Level has a patio with hot tub, built in BBQ and outdoor fireplace with seating and audio system. The outdoor space is level off of the living room. There is a stone patio with stairs leading down to the mostly level lawn, which is lakeside. We know you will enjoy the luxurious feeling of this home.
