If you've never been to Jackson Hole it is time to give it a try. There is no better way to spend your vacation, winter or summer, than in our beautiful private home. Defined by it's comfort and convenience our home has large comfortable living areas, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, log accents, and western art and furnishings.
There isn't a more convenient location in the area to experience everything that Jackson Hole has to offer. We are located on the West Bank of the Snake River, 10 minutes to downtown Jackson, 5 minutes to Wilson, 7 minutes to Teton Village and 3 minutes to the Teton Village Transport Center (if you want to park and ride to Teton Village) and of course Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone are only short drives away. In addition we have private access to the Snake River levee and it is only a short walk away. You are literally minutes away from the finest hiking, biking, skiing, outdoor activity paradise you have ever experienced. Our home is located on 7 wooded acres, very private with a long and winding paved driveway to the house. No dirt roads here and everything is kept clear and plowed for easy winter access.
The wildlife activity around our house is exceptional. No matter the season we are regularly visited by Moose, Elk, Deer, Fox, Eagles, Osprey, Owls, and Hummingbirds. Our home is surrounded by large windows making wildlife viewing easy and exciting. You can also relax on one of our large outdoor decks, or in the hot tub. The front of our house has a large wrap around deck with filtered views of Grand Teton, and Teton Village Ski Area. There is another large deck on the back of the house where the private hot tub is located. A great place to relax after skiing or hiking all day.
Inside our home has large and comfortable living areas making it perfect for families and entertaining. The great room has a 26' vaulted ceiling, surrounded with huge windows (bringing the outside in) a large river rock wood burning fireplace, pool table, and a 40' LCD flat screen TV. Just adjacent to the great room is the spacious fully equipped modern kitchen and formal dining room. The kitchen includes an island, large breakfast bar, walk in pantry and modern stainless steel appliances. Our home also includes a private office complete with wireless internet with 2 printers and a fax machine at your disposal. In addition, for your entertainment, there is a private media room complete with a new 50' Plasma HDTV, Surround Sound, Universal Remote Control, Blu Ray Disk Player, WII Gaming System, HD Cable TV including HBO, Encore, and Starz. We also have a large assortment of DVD movies, Wii games, and board games for your pleasure. Just outside the media room is a full bar complete with a beverage cooler and a fine assortment of glassware.
If you can't get enough exercise with your outdoor activities and working out is what you want to do the house is equipped with a NordicTrack Elite 1300 Elliptical machine for great aerobics and a set of Bow Flex adjustable weights.
The master bedroom is a large and comfortable space and includes western style furnishings, king size bed, pillow top mattress, down pillows, down comforter, 2 dressers, and a walk in closet. The master bath includes a spacious shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The master bedroom comes equipped with a 32' LCD flat screen TV with a DVD player.
Outside the master bedroom is a loft area overlooking the great room. This space is furnished with a comfortable glider and matching foot stool and table lamp. The perfect comfortable space for relaxing and reading.
Down the hall you will find 2 guest rooms and a guest bath. These comfortable rooms include western style furnishings, queen beds with pillow top mattresses, down pillows, and down comforter. Each guest room includes a dresser, a large closet and a large window with black out shades.
Further down the hall and through the gallery you will find the other 2 guest bedrooms and guest bath. These rooms are spacious and decorated in the western style, including queen beds with pillow top mattresses, down pillows, and down comforter, a dresser, large closet and large windows with black out shades. Each guest bedroom has direct access to the guest bath. One of these guest rooms is also equipped with a crib (if you need it).
When we built our beautiful Jackson home we had 2 main goals in mind. Comfort and Convenience. You will definitely experience this and more in our home on your Jackson Hole vacation.
