If you are looking for a great place for a beach vacation, my beachfront condominium offers you not only a unique spectacular panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sand of St Pete Beach but also a comfortable well furnished vacation home. The beach was just re-nourished in August 2014 and looks terrific. Check out the new photo of the beach in my pictures. Why don't you come to St Pete Beach and stay in my condo where you can even build a sandcastle of your own in my front yard and make your own positive memories of a beach vacation?

I have just installed my own Wi-Fi modem so you will have a reliable, secure connection unlike the building free internet access. I also installed a private telephone line which will provide you with free long distance within the United States and Canada.

If you have usually stayed in hotels, you should compare not only the prices but the quality and space for what you are getting for your money with my 1000 sq ft. personal condominium that I purchased in 2006.

I continually redecorate and upgrade items in my beachfront condo because this my vacation home. Most recently, during December, 2014, new windows and sliding doors were installed as well as new master bedroom carpeting. The new windows and doors provide less glare, better operation as well as better protection. During the summer of 2014, I replaced 2 new living room chairs and new living room lamps. I regularly have the upholstery and carpeting professionally cleaned.

Staying in my condo, unit #306, with a fully equipped kitchen gives you options for preparing some or all of your meals. Another alternative is using the two outdoor grills. #306 is also within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shopping. A local trolley system as well as a local taxi system could provide you transportation to one of two major grocery store chains.

I live locally in St Petersburg which means it is easier for me to maintain everything.

The master bedroom/bathroom suite has a king size bed, a new flat screen TV/DVD, walk-in closet and a breathtaking view of the beach as well as sliding doors onto the balcony overlooking the beach.

The guest bedroom has twin beds with excellent mattresses as well as a comfortable chair and bedside stand. The guest bedroom has a walk-in closet and an adjacent full bathroom for guests use.

The living room sectional sofa has a queen-size hide-a-bed with an upgraded mattress for an additional sleep option.

I provide two phones in my condo that offer you free local calls as well as free long distance calls within the United States and Canada. Wi Fi was installed throughout the building for the convenience of the guests but I installed my own Wi-Fi to provide myself and my guests with secure site.

The living room and dining room will comfortably accommodate your family of four and has a spectacular view unique to this location in the building. There are sliding glass doors to access the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. The living room has a 42 flat screen television.

My kitchen has full sized appliances and plenty of counter space for food preparation and storage.

Tile and Karastan carpeting is used throughout the condo.

My condominium is my home away from home and is tastefully furnished and equipped with all the comforts and personal touches of a well stocked home.

I keep beach chairs, an umbrella and try to keep a small number of beach toys as well as a cooler in the condo for my guests to use.

This condo is smoke-free and pets are not permitted in the building.

This condo rents for a minimum of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday and a maximum of two weeks. My condo rents to a maximum of 4 persons per stay.

The building that houses my condo is referred to as the 'Jewel of St. Pete Beach', and you will quickly learn why. The building isn't on the busy Gulf Blvd and therefore you hear the waves, not the traffic.

The building is on the northern curve of St. Pete beach providing a unique view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the entire length of the beautiful seven mile, sugar white sand of St. Pete Beach. The grounds are immaculately tended and beautifully landscaped as well as being enclosed for privacy.

The exercise facility that overlooks the pool and beach, has a television as well as a recreation/party room. The pool is heated during cool weather and provides plenty of seating as well as umbrella tables the guests.

Three laundry rooms are in the building with two washers and dryers in each laundry room

There a shuffleboard on the property and you can check out the equipment at the on- site office. An added bonus to this property is the outer deck, away from the pool and closer to the beach. You will find the outdoor grills there and it is furnished with several tables as well as lounge chairs, and benches. It is my favorite place to take a glass of wine to watch the magnificent Gulf of Mexico sunsets.

Next to the Caprice are volleyball nets set up on the beach so many times you can find a pickup game.


The calendar on this site refers only to the occupancy of my condominium, #306. not that of the entire building and the description of the condo refers only to my condo.

This Unit and building are smoke-free and pets are not permitted in the Building.

There is a twenty-five (25)year minimum age requirement for the person registering for the condo.

Cribs and highchairs are available at a small additional charge and I can send you the information.

There is an on site office open daily to answer questions and address any issues that you might have during your stay. Arrangements can be made with the onsite office to pick up your keys for a late arrival.

About Linda Sandvoss

This is my second beachfront condo on St. Pete Beach. My late husband and I both enjoyed beach vacations and soon discovered how much we each enjoyed St. Pete Beach. We bought our first condo in 2003 and found this one in 2006. I find this condo a wonderful, tranquil place for me to spend time. It is a place full of wonderful memories for myself and my family.

Why Linda Sandvoss chose St Pete Beach

We had admired this property on our walks along the beach and saw that it offered a quieter setting away from Gulf Blvd and the traffic. We also like the privacy this building provides with the unusual feature of being fenced and having a large landscaped beach-side property. This condo is located west of Gulf Blvd., the major traffic route along the beach. We knew we wanted another beachfront condo and thought this would offer our guests another choice along St. Pete Beach. We liked the option of having a sun deck separate from the swimming pool. The grounds are fenced offering more privacy and a safe environment for young children to play.

What makes this condo unique

The management company I use, unlike some of the other owners in the building, has an onsite office on the property that is open daily and available my guests. That gives my guests someone who has my permission to immediately address any concerns you might have in regards to the condo.

I have my own telephone service and internet service in the condo which permits you to make free local calls and provides you with a more dependable and most important, a secure internet site. Your long distance calls within the United States and Canada,

It is difficult to describe the breathtaking view which is of both the Gulf of Mexico and extends all the way to the Southern point of Pass-a-Grille.

The location of my balcony gets most of the morning sun which is wonderful on cooler days and then shade in the afternoon as the day gets warmer.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and give young children plenty of space in a secure, fenced area to run and play as well as an area of sand in which they can play..

I like the fact that you can hear the waves instead of the traffic because it is in a much quieter part of the beach. The beach itself was re-nourished in September, 2014.

There are only 33 condo units in the building, so the area never seems crowded like the larger resort hotels seem to be.

My condo is also far enough from the elevator that you do not hear the elevator door opening and closing.

I think it says a lot about the building and the owners that so many of our guests are repeat guests.

In 2012 St. Pete Beach, Florida, was designated Top Beach Destination in the U.S. with it's seven miles of white sand to its name by a nationally known company.

What a glorious two weeks! Your condo was truly a "home away from home." We wanted for nothing.

We enjoyed our early morning walks on the beach, the cool breezes on the balcony, the sounds of the waves at night and of course the magnifcent sunsets, availability to the beach and the view of the ociean.

We have been here on St. Pete Beach several times. Twice we rented a house which was heavenly, but no view of the ocean. Your condo gave us all the amenities of a house as well as breathtaking views of the ociean. Thank you so much

Wow. What a great 2 wks! Fab updated condo with GREAT views. Condo is Sooo nice, incl king bed which was firm but not hard. Kitchen well stocked with nice appl. We had breakfast every morning on nice patio & table overlooking the beach. Location, location. Many GREAT restaurants within 1-2 blocks, many people walk. Trolly always avail as well. We loved our stay & office open days for any questions. We Highly recommend this condo & owner was great. You'll love St Pete Beach & this condo. & the pool was perfect so nice & warm. Okla. Was 14F & didn't think would need swim suit-went & bought them. You'll luv this place & the owner. Have fun. ����������

We had a great time! The condo was clean neat and convenient for everything we wanted to do. The beach was fabulous. I would recommend this condo for anyone whether you are alone or with your family. Best View on St. Pete Beach

My husband and I spent a week at Linda's condo in February 2014. The condo was very comfortably furnished and equipped, but the best thing about it was the incredible beach view from the balcony, which was very comfortably furnished. The condo was right on the beautiful white sand beach, footsteps to the ocean, and you could walk all the way to Passe-a-Grille at the tip of the peninsula, if you wanted to. The description listing was very accurate and the condo was clean and well-maintained, as was the building overall. Too many restaurants and bars to mention, but some great eating establishments right on the ocean just a block away - an easy walk from the condo. Try the Sloppy Pelican for sure! The condo staff were helpful and friendly, and had a wonderful stay. Many thanks Linda.

Beautiful, comfortable condo

My husband and I spent 10 days in this condo and were very, very pleased. The view is just as pictured and all descriptions are accurate as well. The office staff were very friendly and always knowledgeable and helpful if we had questions. The pool and grounds are immaculate. The laundry facilities were also clean and reasonably priced. The condo is quite attractively furnished and the kitchen well equipped. We were pleased to see a blender and even a crock pot. We were also pleased that we were away from the elevator and even hall traffic. The only improvement we would suggest is in the housekeeping. The condo was generally clean, but if you happen to look in corners or behind anything you'll be reminded that this is a rental. I went looking for a plug-in behind a nightstand and was shocked by the dirt and dust. The lamps were dusted in the front, but the backs had dust 1/4" high. When we moved the kitchen canisters and blender, the counters hadn't been wiped off. Would we stay here again or recommend it to friends? Absolutely. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and forget the details.

This condo really fit the bill! Great location, very clean, a well maintained building and grounds, with a wonderful beach in front. The pool area and BBQs were great! Loved the balcony and all the little extras, like the beach chairs and cooler. Definitely would stay there again!

We're an English couple who've been coming to St Pete Beach for 14 years. This was our second stay at the Caprice and our first in this particular condo and we had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and well-stocked with everything you could need, including beach chairs and toys. We felt very comfortable there and it soon felt like a second home. But the best thing is that fabulous view right down the length of St Pete Beach down as far as Pass-a-Grille. There's not another property that can beat it. We never got tired of watching the people, the birds and the dolphins and of course those wonderful Gulf sunsets. We can recommend the breakfast at Skidder's, drinks at the Wharf, the ribeye steak at the Oyster Shucker, the fish at Leverock's and on your first night, a visit to Woody's, which is just a walk away, for a cold beer and a basket of shrimp and fries. There's no better way to start your holiday ... sorry, I mean vacation!

My condo is conveniently located within walking distance of Corey Avenue shops and some excellent outside restaurants such as Woody's. There is a convenience store within walking distance and a drugstore within one half mile as well as a major grocery store just beyond downtown Corey Ave .

I have often stayed in this condo without a car. The Suncoast Trolley system runs from St. Pete Beach north as far North as Clearwater. There is also a stop at St John's Village.

A 42' plasma television with HDTV is in the living room. The living room, dining room and kitchen are tiled. There are two full bathrooms, one that is a part of the master suite and the second is adjacent to the guest bedroom. The balcony has an entrance from both the living room and master bedroom. Both bathrooms have hairdryers, bathtub/shower. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. A shuffleboard court is on the property and there is plenty of lawn for children to run off excess energy. The kitchen is well furnished including a crock pot as well as the usual small appliances one would expect to find. I have added my own telephone and private wi-fi service so that my guests will have dependable and secure service.
