The Maui Spa Retreat is located on site and provides guests with the finest in aromatic spa treatments. Our treatments are aromatic treasures filled with the finest ingredients from all over the world. Infused in the treatments are rare, exotic and certified organic essential oils and traditional attars which are beautifully fragrant and yet so much more than just a scent. Treatments include massages, body scrubs, body wraps, facial therapies, foot-care and aromatherapy consultations.
Activities located near the property are horseback riding and zip-lining, wonderful hiking in the forests just up the road, wind-surfing, surfing and kite-sailing along the north shore and shopping in the picturesque town of Makawao just minutes away. We also provide a service for our guests offering a comprehensive tour and activity booking service for the entire state of Hawaii. Yoga classes and instruction can also be provided right in the cottage.
Water, Island and Mountain View:
Water View: The view from every room of the house features the central valley, West Maui Mountains and Pacific Ocean on both sides of the island as it would be viewed from the air at 3000'. The grounds of the Aromatherapy Foundation of Maui include fields of rose geranium, lavender, tea tree and other exotic plants which are grown here, harvested and distilled on property for use at the Maui Spa Retreat and elsewhere.
