Living Room and Kitchen: Large Floridian decorated living room with ceiling fan, 32inch flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo/CD components. Large patio doors lead you to tiled balcony. Great view of the gulf. Open concept Kitchen to living room. Fantastic view of the gulf while you are preparing your meals or drinks. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes etc. Everything you need to prepare your meals or refreshments. Seating for 6. Condo has free wireless high speed Internet and extended cable.
Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Etc.: All bed linens and bathroom towels are provided. New pillow top beds have been purchased for all 3 bedrooms
Other Amenities: Covered reserved Parking Spot The building has 2 glass elevators for your convenience one in the front of the bulding and one in the rear. Large Sandy Beach Gulf Side Pool heated during cool months. Tyrone Mall shopping center is about 15 minutes from the condo and a great place to shop for the whole family. There are numerous restaurants in the area (a binder with sample menus is in the condo). Disney World, Sea World and Universal are all less than 2 hours from the condo Airports: Clearwater-St. Petersburg airport is approx 35 minutes and Tampa International is approx 40 minutes.
Guest Book: Margaret Gibson: Just stayed in this condo for 2 weeks with my family and it is beautiful, clean and has all the comforts of home, will definitely go back again!! A. Clarke: If you're looking for a relaxing vacation with plenty of room for a family this is ideal. The condo was very clean, up to date with everything you need right there. Nice big fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Walk right downstairs to the beach, great pool. Close to Tampa, so we were able to spend several days at busch gardens. When we vacation in the area again we'll definetely be looking to rent here again. J. Chitwood: The condo here is just BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and large. Perfect for families. The property is in a great quiet location. Wonderful sandy,clean gulf beachfront. Would recomend to everyone.
